The entire line integrates automatic feeding, conformal coating, sealing inspection, UV curing and final inspection/collection modules, realizing a fully automated production flow from loading to unloading. The core conformal coating machine adopts a high-precision servo + ball screw drive system with ±0.02mm repeatability, which accurately applies protective coating only to the required areas of power supply PCBs, avoiding high-voltage terminals, fuse holders and sensitive control components—effectively reducing material waste and eliminating the need for manual masking.

The UV curing oven provides fast, deep cross-linking, quickly solidifying the coating to form a dense protective layer that withstands long-term thermal stress, electrical corrosion and environmental humidity, extending the service life of power supplies and meeting international safety standards for electronic power products.
