The HP-M50 Vision-Guided Dispensing Machine is an automatic PCB dispensing machine designed for flexible and high-mix PCB assembly, PCBA and electronics manufacturing applications.

Featuring a CCD vision system, automatic visual positioning and 5-axis independent control, the HP-M50 can identify product features and automatically adjust the dispensing path according to the actual PCB position. This vision-follow dispensing technology reduces dependence on precision fixtures and improves production flexibility when handling different PCB models, product variations and small-batch production.

The HP-M50 combines precision adhesive dispensing, automatic PCB positioning and flexible dispensing control in one system. It is suitable for silicone, UV adhesive, epoxy and other electronic assembly materials, providing a practical solution for manufacturers looking to automate manual dispensing processes and improve dispensing consistency.

The integrated CCD vision camera automatically detects product features and determines the actual dispensing position before processing. The vision-follow system compensates for PCB positioning variations, making the HP-M50 suitable for automatic PCB dispensing, PCBA dispensing and flexible electronics assembly.

The HP-M50 features 5-axis independent control, including independent rotation and tilt of the dispensing needle. This enables flexible dispensing on different product geometries and improves access to challenging dispensing positions, including components with different heights and orientations.

The system uses a silicone suction-type dispensing valve (H-N02) for controlled adhesive application. It is suitable for automated silicone dispensing, adhesive dispensing and electronic component bonding, depending on material properties and process requirements.

Because dispensing paths can follow the actual product position detected by the CCD vision system, the HP-M50 reduces the need for highly precise dedicated fixtures. This makes it particularly suitable for high-mix, low-volume production, multiple PCB models and flexible manufacturing.

The automatic dispensing system uses a flat-belt conveyor with a board passing range of up to 300 × 300-500 × 100 mm, depending on product configuration. The conveyor-based design allows integration into automated PCB assembly and electronics production lines.

The HP-M50 supports a 2600 ml original material package with pressure booster, helping provide stable adhesive supply for continuous dispensing operations and reducing the frequency of material replacement.

Traditional automatic dispensing machines typically rely on precisely positioned fixtures to ensure the PCB is located correctly before dispensing.

The HP-M50 takes a more flexible approach.

The vision system identifies the actual product position and allows the dispensing system to adjust the dispensing path accordingly. This helps reduce errors caused by PCB positioning variation and provides greater flexibility for automated adhesive dispensing.
