Automatic IR Curing Standard Line PCBA Fluid Processing Solution
Engineered for production managers and process engineers, the 730+IR3C line delivers a fully automated workflow that optimizes throughput and process control. The line begins with an HP-211 Automatic Feeding Conveyor, which buffers PCBs to ensure consistent flow into the HP-730 Selective Coating Machine. Here, servo-driven dispensers apply conformal coating with ±0.02mm precision, eliminating manual masking. Freshly coated boards transfer to a specialized Sealing Inspection Conveyor for critical leveling time and buffering before entering the HP-IR3C Infrared Curing Furnace. The HP-IR3C uses multi-zone infrared heating for rapid, uniform curing, locking in protection without slowing production. Finally, boards exit to an ergonomic Inspection and Collection Station for quality control. With SMEMA integration at every stage, this line eliminates transfer errors, reduces bottlenecks, and creates a continuous, hands-off production environment.
Automated Production Process
  1. Manually place PCBA boards to be coated (component side up) into the automatic feeding conveyor
  2. Boards transfer from automatic feeding conveyor into conformal coating machine for spraying process
  3. After coating, PCBA boards enter sealing inspection conveyor for buffering and leveling before proceeding to infrared curing oven for final curing
  4. Following curing, boards move to inspection and collection station for manual sampling inspection and removal
