The HP-A30 is a high-performance precision conformal coating machine designed for large-format PCB applications. With an industry-leading coating travel of 450mm * 460mm, this machine is ideal for server motherboards, industrial control systems, EV charging infrastructure, and high-mix SMT lines requiring maximum process flexibility.
The Windows-based visual programming interface allows operators to teach complex coating paths in minutes without specialized coding. The CCD vision system captures fiducial marks on each PCB and automatically corrects positional offsets in real time, maintaining ±0.02mm repeatability even with board misalignment.
Motion control is handled by a servo motor + precision screw drive delivering ±0.02mm repeatability at X/Y speeds up to 1000mm/s. The electrically adjustable conveyor (50-450mm) accommodates diverse PCB sizes with component clearance up to ±100mm on both top and bottom sides.
The complete fluid system includes a 10L stainless steel pressure tank for coating material and a 2L cleaning tank with automatic valve flushing, minimizing downtime between material changes. Built-in UV detection enables coating inspection. The SMEMA interface ensures seamless integration into automated SMT lines.
