Production Process

Manually place the PCBA boards to be coated (component side up) into the automatic feeding conveyor
The boards are transferred from the automatic feeding conveyor into the conformal coating machine for the spraying process
After coating, the PCBA boards enter a sealing inspection conveyor for buffering and leveling, before proceeding into the UV curing oven for final curing
Following curing, the boards move to the inspection and collection station for manual sampling inspection and removal
