The core conformal coating machine adopts a high-precision servo + ball screw drive system with ±0.02mm repeatability, which accurately applies protective coating only to the required areas of home appliance PCBs, avoiding control buttons, communication interfaces and sensitive electronic components—effectively reducing material waste and eliminating the need for manual masking.
