The customer, a well‑established EMS provider serving the home appliance sector, selected Haipai‘s integrated solution to enhance the protection and reliability of PCBs used in air conditioning units. The project involved the deployment of a fully automated inline system combining precision dispensing, selective conformal coating, and high‑speed UV curing – all integrated into a single, continuous workflow.

The system is engineered for high‑volume production of air conditioning PCBs, delivering consistent coating quality, precise adhesive application, and rapid UV curing to ensure robust protection against moisture, dust, and thermal stress.
