In response to growing demand for reliable PCB protection in the meter industry, Haipai dispatched a team of senior engineers to the customer‘s facility in India to oversee the installation and ensure a seamless production launch. The project involved two identical, fully automated coating lines, each configured to deliver high‑throughput, precision coating for meter PCBA applications.

Automatic Feeder → Coating Machine → Sealing Inspection Conveyor → IR Curing Oven → Flipper Unit → Coating Machine → Sealing Inspection Conveyor → UV Curing Oven → Inspection & Unloading Station

Each line integrates key process stations, including an automatic board feeder, high‑precision selective coating machines, sealing inspection conveyors for buffering and leveling, IR and UV curing ovens, an automatic flipping unit for double‑side processing, and an inspection and unloading station.
